Hi Renegades, Let your team mates know this Thursday July 28th ROGS we will be having a morning soccer scrimmages session from 9 - 11am @ All Saints 4105 Colonial Drive, Mississauga, ON L5L 4E8 (Burnhamthorpe & Colonial) come ready for a close and intense scrimmage sessions.... age U13G, 14 and 15

It was a pleasure to see a few new Renegades show up for Tuesday's scrimmage session and tomorrows session is shaping up to be a high impacting competitive one. We will touch on shooting with form and power as well as the understanding of field awareness and creating space to shoot.

Training to development means we train to establish a good work habit. If anyone has a preferred day they would like to see Renegades run a scrimmage session let me know.

By having morning scrimmage session still allow players to attend and compete in their evening team game or practices. actually its a good idea to get a morning run around before a game just to get the blood moving and extra touches on the ball before a game.

RE: Renegades Of Girls Soccer - 9:00am - 11am tomorrow morning

With time availability ROGS will be setting some scrimmage sessions for the mornings leaving evenings open. Our first morning scrimmage session will be this Thursday 14th  9:00am - 11:00am @ All Saints  4105 Colonial Drive, Mississauga, ON L5L 4E8 (Burnhamthorpe & Colonial).

Morning practices are good even if you have a game in the evening because, the sun is not as hot as it is later on in the day the girls have more energy to burn and they can concentrate longer.   

With all those players out there competing for the ball - impacting a game allows you to stand out and that's what Renegades Of Girls Soccer (ROGS) is all about.

I hope to see the girls come out for an exciting and fun soccer scrimmage session tomorrow.
