RE: Renegades Of Girls Soccer - 9:00am - 11am Wednesday 24th

Hi Renegades, finishing off the season strong and make a big difference on how you head into next season starts now!. Only a few games left then tryouts so, lets continue to sharpen up our under pressure ball handling soccer skills.

Through out the month of September we will be running special practice sessions dates for those girls interested in staying sharp before tryouts start. Also, next week we will be posting on are blog a wide range of club try outs for those interested.

The soccer scrimmages session will be from Wednesday 9 - 11am, 24th @ All Saints 4105 Colonial Drive, Mississauga, ON L5L 4E8 (Burnhamthorpe & Colonial) come ready for a close and intense scrimmage sessions.... age U13G, 14 and 15

We will be working on breaking down and applying  under control pressure on opponent - allowing for movement into a quick transitional attacking and striking phase.

Hi Renegades, Sorry for the late notice - sometimes you just got to role with things... to make it happen. I stand committed to seeing ROGS be the best they can be and move beyond what ever they could even imagine. Its been a few weeks since are last ROGS soccer scrimmage session.

The soccer scrimmages session will be from 9 - 11am, Wednesday 17th @ All Saints 4105 Colonial Drive, Mississauga, ON L5L 4E8 (Burnhamthorpe & Colonial) come ready for a close and intense scrimmage sessions.... age U13G, 14 and 15

We will be looking at first touch under pressure and bring ball under control first or second bounce.
